Indoor Cycle & Pump

This class combines cycling and resistance training to work the whole body and really burns those calories.

It starts with an indoor cycling workout suitable for all levels of fitness as you control your own resistance. Work on your speed, endurance, hill work as well as having a great cardio vascular workout. Finish the session with resistance training, a full-body workout which will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body.
