Jodie Digby
Personal Trainer

Jodie is an experienced Personal trainer and sports injury rehabilitation specialist based in Wendover with over 19 years experience in the fitness industry.

I served 12 years in the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training and Sport Injury Rehabilitation Instructor. While serving in the Military I received an AOC’s commendation in the New Years Honour’s list for my outstanding contributions to the RAF. I specialised as a Sports Injuries Instructor and I worked alongside top sports doctors and physiotherapists to rehabilitate our injured troops.

After having my second beautiful boy in June 2012, I left the RAF and continued to work in a job I am very knowledgeable and passionate about. I am committed to improving the health and wellbeing of my clients while making each session personal and enjoyable for them. I approach my work with a high level of initiative, reliability and empathy. I am Register of Exercise Professionals Level 4, which is the highest level in the fitness industry. I am also excited to be a regular PT Columnist for Women’s Fitness Magazine.
