Jodie’s Personal Training sessions based in Wendover are tailored to your specific goals, needs, circumstances and abilities. Train on your own or with a friend, you can even bring your baby or toddler along.

These personal training sessions will never get boring, as your workouts will vary from session to session, week to week. Whether you are training outside, in one of the parks in Wendover, along the canal, up in the woods, in Jodie’s private studio or in the comfort of your own home.

Jodie will always adjust your workouts according to your overall goals and abilities and she will use different training methods to keep you stimulated. TRX, Cross Fit, Circuit Training, Strength Training, Kettle Bells, Spinning, Body Pump, Running, Pilates / Core, SAQ, Boxing and Kick Boxing.

Block of 10 sessions for £350
Train with a friend £50 an hour
