Mummy Gets Fit
Mummy Gets Fit is the class for you if you want to increase your fitness after having a baby or have a toddler and haven’t had the confidence to start exercising before now. Having two children herself, Jodie understands that it can be very daunting returning to exercise after having a baby or a long break away. This class eases people back in and as your fitness levels and confidence grows she adjusts the intensity so those goals become reality. This is a lovely class to meet new Mums.
During the summer Mummy Gets Fit is held outside in Castle Park, Wendover. In the winter the class moves inside to JDF Studio, Tring.
