Whatever your age or fitness level, whether your are a beginner or advanced, this Pilates class will to suit you. As your strength and skills grow you will be able to do the more advanced exercises. This is a great class for people who may have bad backs, necks, shoulders, joints or other physical problems as it helps with strengthening these problem areas.
