Whether you’re a beginner, have only run a mile or you have done a marathon, Running Club is the class for you. Maybe you want to improve your speed or distance or work towards a PB, this class can help. It’s great for increasing fitness levels and helps with weight loss.
Each week Jodie picks a different route and the session varies from continuous running, fartlek, intervals, hill efforts and short sprints.
In the summer we run in the beautiful Chilterns woods, along the canal and in winter we use the streets of Wendover and work on road running. There are 3 different levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced. You’ll soon see your speed and endurance improve.
